The Lily Pad is the ideal beach vacation spot for families, friends, or romantic getaways. It is elegant, yet child- and pet-friendly, with generous gathering spaces and multiple decks that invite reading, reflection, or simply daydreaming to the sound of the waves.

With three large bedrooms and a master suite complete with a separate shower and a jacuzzi tub—large enough for two—everyone has the space they need, from the grandmother who values quiet, to children who need room to play, to couples who want uninterrupted time together. Bedrooms have been thoughtfully updated to maximize comfort, space, and functionality. One of the guest bedrooms features a fully built-out closet system with multiple hanging levels, drawers, and shelving—providing ample storage even though it’s not immediately visible in photos. Throughout the bedrooms, integrated charging is conveniently located in bedside lighting and built-in storage, so devices stay charged without cluttering nightstands.

Like to cook? The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for a family spaghetti night or an elegant steak dinner. To keep the main refrigerator free for food, a dedicated beverage refrigerator has been added—perfect for drinks, mixers, and keeping everyone refreshed without the constant reshuffling. Not interested in cooking? Enjoy one of the many outstanding local restaurants or have your meal delivered and “eat out” in the comfort of this oceanfront home.

After dinner, gather in the living room, where comfortable seating—including an additional chaise lounge—invites everyone to relax while still enjoying ocean views. An upgraded smart TV ensures easy viewing whether you’re on the sofa, at the dining table, or in the kitchen. Or step outside and relax on the Adirondack chairs while taking in uninterrupted ocean views from the decks. The upper deck has been expanded with additional seating at the outdoor table, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee, family meals, or sunset conversations. When the children are in bed, retreat to the master suite and its private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, complete with its own upgraded smart TV for quiet evenings in.

Are your furry friends joining you? They’ll love it here too. Each deck is gated, allowing you to choose where your pet enjoys the view. The upper deck is perfect for soaking up the sun, while the lower deck offers a cooler, shaded retreat—or leave the gate open and let your pet decide.

For younger guests, the covered ground-level space beneath the deck has been transformed into a large shaded sandbox—lovingly named PJ and Evie’s Sandbox. It provides a fun, safe place for kids to play when the sun is high, the weather doesn’t cooperate, or you’re taking a break from the beach.
Need to get some work done while you’re at the beach? This is the place to do it. With ocean views and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, productivity comes naturally.

When it’s time to come in from a day on the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with changing area, use the convenient foot-wash station just outside the master bedroom for quick trips inside, or head indoors for a refreshing shower or a soak in the jacuzzi tub. The ground level includes easy beach access, the outdoor shower, laundry room, and front entrance—making beach days simple and seamless.

In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
