PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.
Non-Smoking. No Pets. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The home is lovely - we have stayed in this cottage before! However we did have problems with the kitchen appliances. The stove top and oven did not work and the microwave was rusted inside. Village Realty provided us with two electric two-burner hot plates and a small kitchen usage refund. Once these appliances are replaced the home will be a â5â!
