The place was spacious and clean. It was dated and there were some cabinets in the kitchen that were broken and lounge chairs by the pool that could be replaced. But we enjoyed our stay.- Reviewed On: 8/17/2025

The location was great and the house had plenty of beds/space for our large family of 15. We were expecting dated furniture/decor based on pics, but the house was not in good shape and needs thorough cleaning. The kitchen and appliances are in bad shape. The A/C went out in the game room, however the rental company was responsive and put in window units during our stay. The beds and comforters were very used. The pool and hot tub were great, but chairs outside were all cracked and the volleyball court was unusable because it was grown over. The house needs some TLC and updates. Overall we had a good stay. The front wing could really use some updates, ceiling fans, bathroom fans, lighting. It is also difficult to get from the outside shower to the pool or hot tub without tracking a bunch of sand to either of them. The beach access is great. So the house was way nicer in the pictures which seems to be a norm however only like half the tvs in the house worked (on one side of the house so we assumed it was the WiFi). We had a minor inconvenience with the ac unit but village realty was incredible to us and more than made up for it. I will absolutely be going through them from now on.- Reviewed On: 8/19/2024
