What an absolute great week we had. We have been to OBX the past five years….This property was super spacious! Perfect location to the beach access and the views from every balcony were amazing. Plenty of extra beach chairs which we actually were very grateful for, as we forgot to grab ours. The pool area was our favorite spot to hang out and the pool was plenty big enough for us all. If I had to pick one thing that would have been better accommodating for our family, would be having a TV in the “family” room on the third floor. Younger and older guests would have used the area more. The bottom floor was perfect for entertaining the teens and older with the pool table and two other table games. It did rain almost everyday we were there, so the movie and game selections were also very appreciated. Over all we really enjoyed this property, it is first on our list for the ocean hill area!

We loved Corolla (our first time there) and we loved Seaclusion! The house is ideally located and was perfect for our extended family. Easy walk to the beach, pool was a terrific addition and a big hit with the grandchildren. Loved watching the ocean (and the full moon at night!) from the deck. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the house was very well equipped (the labelled drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were a huge help). Village Realty warned us before we came that the elevator was not working (not anything that could be helped), and was very responsive to any small problems. We want to come back next year!

This property is one of the best we have rented over the years for our family vacation. House was clean and ready for our arrival. The first thing we noticed is the owners have taken the time to take the guesswork out of the property. Drawers and cabinets were labeled with their contents. Remote controls were centrally placed in every room, to include wifi and TV operating instructions. Appliances had their operating instructions nearby. They even had the rules included with most of the decks of cards!! Their attention to detail made out stay much more enjoyable!! The deck boards have been recently replaced making the decks comfortable place to hang out , but some attention will need to be directed to the railings soon. There were a couple of places that almost felt unsafe. Nice all season furniture on the top deck and amazing views of the north end of OBX. Having the grill on the third floor right outside the kitchen/dining room was awesome!! The beach was within easy walking distance, but get there early, and there is limited shoreline at high tide! The property did have several beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach wagon to use to make the trip to the beach fun and enjoyable.Most everything was just as pictured or described in the listing with a few minor exceptions. There was no xbox game system as shown in the rec room pictures. (login info was still on the wall) There is no trellis over the grill deck as shown in the pictures.Our only cons were the yard/landscaping could use some attention and the small "play area" under the stairs was unsafe. With the yard and surrounding shrubs unattended and overgrown, they were growing into the siding of the house and promoting some unwelcome wildlife. (the slithering kind) The play area had old, left over toys, trash, and some building materials (screws) scattered around it. Not a place to let the little ones go play. The "front yard" was mostly overgrown weeds, dead shrubbery, and scattered trash. Was unsightly looking down on from the decks.All in all, my family had a great time and really enjoyed this property. We are already looking to book it again!! Thank you to the owners for their attention to detail and Village Realty for being so easy to work with!!
