Coming in 2027, The Mothership is a beautifully renovated, pet-friendly oceanfront retreat offering direct beach access and stunning Ocean views. With five bedrooms, five full baths, and one-half bath, this exceptional home sits just steps from the sand in the heart of Avon, providing the perfect setting for memorable Outer Banks vacations.

Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the ground level features direct beach access, a private tiki bar complete with a full-size refrigerator and Smart TV, plus a grill, lighted fish-cleaning station, and outdoor shower. Inside, guests will find a game room with a pool table, card table, electronic dart board, and wet bar with a microwave, sink, and dishwasher.

The second level offers four comfortable bedrooms, including two king master suites, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk. Each bedroom features a Smart TV and access to the ocean-facing deck, where a six-person hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach.

On the top level, a newly renovated king master suite joins the spacious great room, where panoramic ocean views take center stage.
