It’s so nice to find a house with so many ensuites! Very comfortable accommodations, great pool, very easy walk to the beach. Well appointed kitchen! Great sitting area with a view of the beach. Also great sunset set up with comfy chairs on the west facing side.

Village Realty has always come through on my summer rentals in OBX. They have awesome communication as far as payment, check in and check out. This summer is the first time we needed attention during our stay with some wasp nests under the deck, and within a half hour of when I called, they had exterminators to take care of it right away. I highly recommend renting through this company. All of the past five houses I have rented have been top notch.

This is our second year at this house. Great location for beach access, restaurants and groceries. Lots of nice amenities-pool and hot tub, decks on each level- front and back, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom for each bedroom. Extra refrigerator in basement for food and beverages. The cleanup from the prior uses could have been more thorough, razor in outside shower, empty bottles on bottom floor, used towels still on decks, pool rules sign at the bottom of the pool. These were minor items and easily cleaned up. I will happily recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future.

Check in/out was a breeze, all done on my phone. House was awesome, great location and well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked with most item’s anyone could need for cooking. Bedrooms were nice and comfy with attached bathrooms. Balconies on front and back of house were nice.

We have stayed in this same house for three years. This year the kitchen wasn't as clean as it could have been upon arrival and the pool side furniture badly needs replaced due to chipping paint.

The property was perfect, the pool was clean, the house was tidy. We ended up renting a golf cart and driving that to and from the public beach access, to the south. Place was close to a great public park.

This house is beautiful! Everything you need is included. The pool and hot tub were perfect additions. The house was very clean and is well maintained. We loved everything about the house, with the exception of the beds. They are very firm, and so were not too comfortable. But everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed our week here and will be back again.
