CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The outdoor amenities were very nice: putting green, darts, pool, hot tub, etc. The walk to the beach is about 1/4 mile and wasn’t a problem for our kids.
The village realty team was responsive and also provided clear check in instructions.

This house was perfect and the communication with the host company was second to none. They responded within a few hours which was beyond acceptable for a weekend message and they even had someone come out within a few hours of a request (one of our little ones accidently locked the door to a bathroom door). Cannot recommend this place enough. The pool and hot tub were extremely clean. The dart board and mini golf was a hit with everyone in the evenings and it was a very short walk to the beach. Fit all of us comfortably. Defintely recommend!

Loved the vibe, the pool, hot tub, played darts and the house is close to great food and shopping. Timbuk II was right down the street. The area we stayed was super chill and the beach was beautiful.
