Tranquility Cove is a newly constructed home in Old Nags Head Cove, within walking distance to the Roanoke Sound. The spacious great room provides plenty of room for gathering with an open-concept layout and vaulted ceilings. When you're not dining out at one of Nags Head's famous restaurants, prepare meals at home in the kitchen with stylish two-tone cabinetry, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. LVP flooring flows throughout the entire home, including all the bedrooms. At the end of the night, retreat to the primary suite that includes it's own private porch and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Tranquility Cove is equipped with an elevator, ideal for guests with mobility issues. Skip the stairs and use it to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels.

Located in Old Nags Head Cove, guests of Tranquility Cove can take advantage of the neighborhood's canals and sound access with parking, where you can launch paddleboards and kayaks. Have a larger vessel in mind? Bring your boat and use the community boat ramp for a nominal fee. Guests also have the option to purchase daily or weekly passes to the Old Nags Head Cove soundfront pool. Additional community perks include a basketball court, volleyball court and picnic area.

Centrally located at milepost 13.5 in Nags Head, Tranquility Cove isn't too far from anything you might need and is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Use the crosswalk at Danube Street to safely make your way over to the Small Street public access, or take advantage of free parking at the nearby Enterprise Street access. The Outer Banks Mall is also just a mile south, where you can browse a variety of shopping and dining options, including two grocery stores. Don't forget to set aside a day for your family to visit Jockey's Ridge State Park, located just north of Nags Head Cove, for spectacular ocean-to-sound views from the top of the dune.

Village Realty was a pleasure to work with. akk questions were answered quickly. I liked the inclusive pricing that included linens, The beds were even made. The house was lovely and perfectly equipted. we blew a fuse and they came right over and fixed it. Village even let us know we could stay for 1 more day as the house was available. We Have been renting in Nags Head Cove for 18 years and Village Realty is the best. I will stick with them for sure !

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe walking around or having our kids play outside. Just make sure to bring toiletries, including toilet paper, only 1 roll in each bathroom is provided.

This house was perfection. Our family loved every single thing about it! It is a brand new home that was sparkling clean! All of the common areas were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials including measuring cups, cutting boards, pots/pans, etc. The beds were very comfortable as well. The street was nice and quiet with a small sound beach area just a few steps away. There was a Fresh Market and Food Lion less than a mile away. While our family did not necessarily need an accessible home, I’m grateful for the accessibility features including an elevator that will benefit families in need. We did find it useful to help with bringing in our luggage and groceries. It was a little chilly for the outdoor shower during this stay, but this would be great in the summer to de-sand prior to entering the house. The only thing I would mention to future guests is don’t forget hair dryer, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner. While we’ve had these things available at some other rentals, these were not included here. Overall 10/10! Highly recommend!

For our first trip to the Outer Banks we wanted to stay right on the ocean and this house fit the bill. There are two access points for the beach- the closest one was closed for repairs but the second was only a couple more houses away in the other direction. The sound of waves was wonderful!The hot tub was not operational for the first four days of our visit which was disappointing but communication with Village Realty was smooth and they kept us updated on the progress until it was fixed.It was nice to have bedding and towels included with the stay along with a starter amount of dish soap, trash bags and toilet paper. If you are staying more than a couple days be sure to bring your own or just across the main road is a really nice Harris Teeter grocery store.Cute shops are close along with tons of activities if you aren’t staying during the off-season which we did. We loved the games, books and puzzles available at the house for our chilly days. Also included are skim boards, beach toys and an inflatable shark for use on the beach.We would definitely stay here again! Make sure to fill out the guest book found on the shelf with the games because it was fun reading about other people’s travels!
