Easy Breezy is a well-maintained oceanside cottage situated in the heart of Duck. The central location can't be beat and is perfect for vacationers who want to experience Duck on foot or by bicycle. Best of all, getting to the beach will be a breeze. Load up the beach cart to easily transport all of your gear, toys and snacks to the neighborhood access at the end of the street - just a four-minute walk away.

The classic Saltbox design features vaulted ceilings and two stories of windows in the living area for abundant natural light. After a day at the beach, come home and gather in the living area with two seating areas so everyone has a place to relax and mingle. When you're not dining out at one of Duck's fabulous restaurants, the chef in the family can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the great room. Multiple decks on both the north and south sides of the house provide plenty of room for enjoying the sun, salt air and oceanside breezes.

No need to worry about traffic or finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from a variety of shopping, dining and activities. Attend annual events hosted at the nearby Town of Duck amphitheater. There's also a public park complete with a soundside boardwalk that takes you on a delightful stroll along the water to a variety of boutiques and restaurants.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Great location for Weekend Beach Getaway

We loved out time at Easy Breezy! Located near to beach and also within walking distance to the town of duck. We loved the outdoor dinning option and the outdoor grill. A great weekend getaway.

Great space! Convenient to downtown Duck.

Truly Easy Breezy!

The house was perfect for our family! It was very clean and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time. Our pre-teens enjoyed their own space upstairs, while us adults slept in the downstairs primary room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets and pots/pans needed, with shelf space open for us to unpack our food (something some houses forget to leave) It was a short bike ride to the beach

Great place for our family of 6. Could easily bike or walk to Duck or the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, air conditioning worked great…we really enjoyed our visit to Duck and do want to come back.

My family had a wonderful time! The house was well equipped, including games for children of all ages. Storage closet filled with gear for the beach. Including umbrellas, beach, chairs, boogie, boards, sand toys, and a wagon.
