We really enjoyed our stay here with great views of the ocean from private balcony and easy access to beach! Very well stocked kitchen tools for cooking. Spacious unit in great location to center activities in the outer banks.

Room is clean and spacious. Easily sleeps 4. Great view from the balcony, which has sitting and table. Very nice spot for morning coffee. Beach is right in front of the property. The only confusing thing was the name "Salty paws II". We could not find that. Apparently, it is "Admiral's View II". Hope that helps.

This beachfront condo is going on my "Must Return" list. It is a great location, easy parking, and clean facility.
You MUST be able to walk stairs. The lift for the luggage was helpful, slow, but at the same ti.e saved a few trips as we were on the top floor.

There was no pool that needs to come off the listing. And just a note about text messages, I never got a response to text messages initiated by village Realty during our stay. Just confusing.

The place has excellent location. The place is a bit dated but reasonably spacious with two decent size bedrooms, a nice full kitchen and a living dining area and two baths. The only thing is that you have to climb three floors since theres no elevator.

Loved it! Cozy beach condo. Close to beach, great view. Management was attentive and set the TV the next morning! Definitely will rent from Village Reality again.

Property was in a great location with nice view. It is on a back corner so you kind of look caddy corner to the ocean & beach but still very good! We loved sitting on the balcony for hours in the morning sunshine. Great place to have your coffee and watch the sunrise. The condo smelled musty but we were there May 1-4 so maybe it had not had time to air out. Showers were good. The first night we had to call the emergency number due to the front door lock not locking from the outside. They sent a technician immediately and it was taken care of. Later on I found that the sliding glass door was unlocked and had been the whole time we were there, so I'm really not sure how secured it was initially. Location is perfect, close to other towns and attractions. Would stay there again!

The condo was nice and just the right size for the two of us - we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed the porch with the view of the ocean. It was very windy and stormy during our stay but the porch was well protected from the wind. There was a lift for the luggage so we didn't have to carry it up the three flights of stairs - very helpful. The kitchen had most of what we needed, although no salt and pepper.

The condo was perfect for two of us, our main goal was to be on the beach and that’s what it provided. Not super fancy, new appliances in the kitchen were nice.
