Planning an escape to the Outer Banks? Start with reserving Ocean Escape, a six-bedroom home situated on Crystal Lake in the exclusive community of Villages at Ocean Hill. This waterfront retreat is surrounded by trees and wildlife, providing incredible views of the lake and breathtaking sunsets. The nearby beach access at Tasman Drive is only a 6-minute walk away.

After a busy day at the beach, take a refreshing dip in your own private pool, or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A screened porch and two levels of west-facing decks overlook the backyard and lake. There's plenty of outdoor seating, including a dining set, Polywood chairs and a porch swing. Inside, the open-concept great room offers an abundance of natural light and is large enough for everyone to gather. A Smart TV, 5.1 sound system and custom theater lighting make the living room the perfect place for movie night. Ocean Escape is equipped with Smart Home technology, including voice activated TV's and lighting. The chef in the family will appreciate the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, where they can prepare meals while still being part of the action. Host a ping pong tournament in the garage or play foosball in the game room, which features a kitchenette with refrigerator for convenient snacks and drinks downstairs or by the pool. At the end of the night, retreat to one of the three master suites for privacy and seclusion.

Enjoy the great amenities that The Villages of Ocean Hill offer which include oceanfront and lakefront pools, playground, basketball courts, and nature trails. This was our second stay. Great accommodations, plenty of room and amenities. Enjoyed 4 wheeling on the beach and seeing the horses in the wild. Looking forward to next time.

Awesome location! Great house with spacious rooms, closets, and bathrooms. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. If anyone wanted a quiet space, their bedrooms were a perfect getaway. Cute balconies for two of the bedrooms. My mother-in-law loved to step out on her balcony to read for much of her day. My mom felt like she had her own apartment on the bottom floor. The master bedroom on the top floor had a desk for me to set up my laptop and keep up with work. The kids bunk room had a huge closet and a dresser, so we're able to put all of their things away in the closet and drawers instead of cluttering the floor as is their usual solution. Two bedrooms shared a Jack and Jill bathroom, but all other bedrooms had thier own bathrooms. Loved the lake in the back and enjoyed listening to the animals. This house has some bikes, lots of boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys and a wall mounted air compressor perfect for airing up bike tires. I highly recommend this house. Great find!

We had the most amazing vacation at this Ocean Escape house! It is located walking distance to the beach, on a lake, near the preserve trails, near the lighthouse, and around the corner from the Adventure Park & Ice cream! Will definitely be going back.

Beautiful!! Pictures were exactly what the property was, there were no surprises. We only had two things we would be able to “complain” about. For the size of the house and the amount of people that it holds the one sink in the kitchen was annoying at times a double sink would make the dishes more manageable. And the other thing was the pool people never came to do maintenance on the pool there were a bunch of leaves and tree limbs especially after we had a storm, we called and still no one came out. But it didn’t make our time there any less amazing!! We will definitely be coming back next year . One of the best realty groups we have ever worked with!
