Coasties Ocean Breeze is an updated, semi-oceanfront home situated on a corner lot just steps from the beach. Use the sidewalk and pedestrian crosswalk to quickly and safely make your way to the Ocean Blvd. beach access, which includes a bath house. There's even a beach cart to easily transport all of your gear. Back at the house, the reverse floor plan and open-concept layout in the great room take advantage of the ocean views. The entire top level is dedicated to gathering and entertainment, but spacious enough to still spread out. Vaulted ceilings and skylights create a bright and airy atmosphere, and original wood paneling provides warmth and coastal character. The living area leads out to an expansive sun deck, the perfect place to watch the sunrise or enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Back inside, the chef in the family will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating. Stylish LVP flooring and tile flow throughout this entire pet-friendly home (including the bedrooms), ideal for sandy feet and paws returning from the beach.

Three bedrooms are located together on the mid-level, two of which provide access to an east-facing covered deck. The primary suite includes a private bath with a jetted tub for soaking away your worries. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is accessed from the exterior for guests seeking additional separation and privacy. The suite includes a private bath, sitting area, microwave and Keurig.

Coasties Ocean Breeze is situated at Milepost 7.5, the heart of Kill Devil Hills. This central and sought-after location allows guests to get anywhere on the Outer Banks, from Southern Shores to Roanoke Island, in a matter of minutes. A variety of restaurants are located nearby, including Captain George's and Outer Banks Brewing Station. Take the family on a five-minute bike ride to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, where you can climb up to the monument for a panoramic view of Kill Devil Hills.

Can’t stay an entire week? Coasties Ocean Breeze is available for short stays and offers flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead. In-season partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The perfect spot for our family vacation. Everyone had enough space, especially in the big open living room. Board games, movies, puzzles, outdoor games were a bonus. The self check-in and check-out instructions were easy and clear. The AC worked well and everything was clean upon arrival. My only regret is not trying out the jacuzzi tub. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was great! They did have hair dryers and fans which were left out of the amenities list on the description. Our group spent a lot of time on the top deck and top floor. It was great family room for napping and hanging out as well as viewing the ocean. We really enjoyed the decor. Pretty much had everything that we needed for our stay!
