R59: Sea Rise

Sea Rise is a well-maintained and comfortably furnished beach house located in the Ridges community of the Village at Nags Head. The spacious back sun deck will be the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while making your plans for the day. An open-concept great room is ideal for gathering with family and friends, and a well-equipped kitchen can be used for preparing meals at home. The spacious primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and includes a king bed and private bath. Upstairs, you'll find two queen bedrooms that share a full hall bath. There's also a loft area with bunkbed perfect for kids.

Guests at Sea Rise will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. The Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family!

Situated at Milepost 14.5 in Nags Head, Sea Rise offers the best of both worlds - nearby access to both the beach and the sound. Use the Seachase Drive pedestrian crosswalk to take a short walk or bike ride to the Village Beach Club. The Epstein public access is located just north of the beach club and provides plenty of free parking. Just a mile south of Sea Rise you'll find the Outer Banks Mall which includes grocery stores, home décor and boutique shopping, plus a variety of dining and take-out options. Bring your kayaks or standup paddleboards and launch them at the nearby community sound access for a fun day on the water.

PLEASE NOTE that parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with the Village Beach Club staff.
