Super clean beach house with everything you need. Great location on Soundside and also ocean view. Pool was so pristine, but we couldn't use it due to the water being so cold. (after labor day) Hot tub was great once we reset it. The grand kids loved the neighbors cat visiting. We will definitely stay here again! It was perfect for our family.

Beautiful home, better than the pictures. Perfect for our large family. Great location close to shopping, grocery store, restaurants, and walking distance to the beach or the sound. We loved the hammocks on the porch. The pool and hot tub was great for late evening when the kids went to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect size for 8 to 10 people, with photos accurately representing the house and surrounding area. The beach is walking distance, though since the waves & rip currents were so dangerous, the pool was a fun and convenient backup - especially at the end of a hot humid day of sight-seeing. Take note that the neighbor's cat (Bubba) is extremely friendly, and loves hanging around - and has a reputation being taken for drives or all the way home, and them needing to be returned. He's a super sweet cat, but don't be fooled into thinking he's a stray.
Some downsides:
* the hot tub was not working properly
* a couple of the mattresses need to be replaced
I would definitely return though.

This is the second time that we have reserved this house. It is close to the grocery store. More important has a small view of the ocean and and short walk to the sunset. Easy to locate. The pool was very refreshing. The house was clean and ready. We really enjoyed the hammocks on the second floor deck.

What a great stay!! Beautiful home close to everything! Pool was smaller than expected but that was our fault - easy in and out!! Code to lock / unlock was so much easier than a key. AC worked amazing! Everything was clean and what we hoped for - can`t wait til 2021!!

This was a wonderful home right in the center of OBX. My family was lucky to stumble upon this house a week before we were set to come down. Our other house had received severe water damage during a storm. The home was very clean and organized and met the needs for everyone in my family. Our kids enjoyed being able to swim in the pool and hang out on the porch with the hammock. It was very nice having a code to get into the house and not worry who has the key. Even being right off the road it was on a very quiet street. My family would gladly stay here again in the future.

New Yorkers first vacation in OBX. Whole family loved it! Convenient to everything. Although you could park close to beach it was an easy walk with kids to the beach. House had everything! Beautiful views, stocked kitchen, phone call to realty for hot tub instructional use, plenty of common areas in house. Three levels allowed family of 8 to spread out nicely. House, pool and hot tub were all very clean! Great rental for the price. Easy access to great Duck restaurants, Corolla beaches for wild mustang tours, state parks, kayaking on bay, and 5 min from family fishing tours. Only down side was the proximity to the main road. Noise may bother some but had a great experience and would rent this house in a heartbeat!

This is a wonderful house. It is decorated so nice, and the furniture and beds were comfortable.Lots of dvd's, books and games to use also. All 6 of us had a wonderful time, beautiful weather, close to the beach, and sound. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the house. We will be back next year.

The photos don't do it justice, this house is amazing! We booked a little late so didn't have many to choose from... but we ended up being pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We did not expect it to be as wonderful as it was. The third floor layout is great for a big group with the kitchen overlooking the dining room and living room. There's a nice screened in porch overlooking the pool area and another porch in the front where you can see the ocean. The bottom floor was great for the kids with a couch and living space for them to hang out. The sound really doesn't travel from floor to floor either which is nice. The front porch hammock and swing is awesome too! The house, pool, and hot tub were all in great shape and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook several big meals (except for a crockpot... but no biggie). Walk to the beach is NOT bad at all... and we had a lot of kids and gear to take along. And for baby families: there is a small pack n play and a high chair which aren't

My vacation was more than expected. The location was perfect. When I arrived at the House, it was clean and well stocked. I was surprised to see, it had anything we needed to prepare meals, for a large family. The pool and hot tub, was wonderful. With 2 beaches walking distance, was beautiful. While the young people ran and had fun, older members enjoyed the 3 porches. I have rented homes before, but this one, was breath taken. The reaction with my family was, we do not know how you will top this next year. My thoughts were, I would love this same place next year. Thanks for having 3 generations,in your home.

My sisters and I had a great week spending time together with all of our children. The location was perfect for our older teens. The house layout was ideal for separating younger kids during the night hours when the rest of us wanted to play cards and not have to worry about being a little loud. I usually stay on the ocean and was very pleased when I was able to see the ocean from the windows! The walk to the beach wasn't so bad due to the sidewalks with a traffic light The house was very clean and kept up. My sisters and their families have never visited the outer banks and liked it so much that they now want to start a summer tradition. .
