The house was great, very clean and exactly as described! We come to OBX for Thanksgiving and a lot of relaxation. The kitchen and open living and dining were perfect for cooking and entertaining! I loved that it was well stocked and had everything you need to prepare a Thanksgiving fest!

Thank you for your review, Suzanna Please be sure to review "What To Bring" in our Guest Portal prior to your vacation. Each home will have a starter set of paper products to make your arrival day a little easier. This set will include one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom as well as a small bar of hand soap. While homes will be cleaned before your arrival as well as after your departure, make sure to bring some cleaning supplies for spills, dishes as well as laundry. You will be able to pick up a weekly supply of paper products at the nearby grocery store. We hope to welcome you back to Village Realty again.

The house was beautiful and the people at Village Realty were super accommodating. We had no problems throughout our stay, and occasionally had people swing by to clean/maintenance the pool. There were clear instructions detailing how everything worked and what was expected from you (the host).

Beautiful house. There were a few minor issues. One of the beds is broken, the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms is broken, the hose has a hole in it. Minor issues so we didn’t bother maintenance. Overall the house was clean. One of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in the Currituck Club.

The house was located in the must beautiful lush, gated community with huge houses, trees, a lake and foliage surrounding it. The house itself looked just like the pictures, was very clean and was pretty much what was to be expected. My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend here.

A great retreat for friends and family. The kitchen was stocked with so many useful pots, pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, kitchen knives, and so on (it wasn't limited, but it was such a relief to have available). In pool lights need maintenance done so they work when the switch it turned on, but that was no biggie for our group. Master bath tub with jets was simply wonderful! It was often wished by our group that there were screens for windows/sliding glass doors. The weather was so gorgeous and we wanted to enjoy that breeze without the bugs flying in. As an individual that it particular about a very clean rented space, they delivered (though, some linens had set stains, it was clear they were laundered)! Thanks for a relaxing stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful, I would stay there again anytime. I do have to say to please watch out for the golfers, they will come right into the back of the house. This has nothing to do with the house it’s just people on the gulf course out back of the house.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home. Upon arrival, the house looked and smelled very clean. The furniture and rugs on upper floor seemed brand new. Pictures on this website are not updated to show the nice new couches and large flat screen TV. Great living area. The pool was big and lots of fun, even with it still a bit chilly this time of year. The shrubs along the back-side of the pool need to be trimmed back some, but other than that we loved the bit of shade the trees provide. The decks were great. This house is located in a nice area in the community. This was our first time in Currituck Club, and is now our new favorite. Already planning a vacation back to this area next spring break. We will definitely use Village Realty again.

We absolutely loved our stay! House has been updated and is beautiful! The A/C was not working on the top floor, but they sent someone out to fix it within an hour. Great customer service and experience. Will definitely use Village Realty again!!

I really like this realty company, this community and this home. We never had to go to the rental office. Everything was handled online. The amenities here are generous. The home is mostly well-stocked and has just the expected wear and tear. We are here in mid-summer. Let's face it, these homes face hard use week after week. Arriving after a busy drive, everything was clean and ready for us. This home is great for active family fun. I have no complaints. But, I will point out a quirk involving either this rental company or this home. There are zero clothes hangers in this house. I asked the cleaning g staff about it and was told that none of these houses supply hangers. We don't necessarily need them. We are going tres casual this week, but I expect many vacationers will be surprised by this policy. I'm not sure if it was due to my paragraph above, but hangers were delivered to our rental and are appreciated.
