The Hunkerdowner features large spacious decking around the entire home, perfect for catching a few rays or relaxing in the shade with a great book. Everyone in the family will enjoy some fun time in the private pool or hot tub after a long day at the beach. The great room with cathedral ceilings offers a well-equipped kitchen, dining space for everyone to enjoy some delicious meals, a living area where you can catch up on your favorite movies, and a screened-in porch for outdoor dining. The rec room offers hours of indoor fun with a foosball table and a fridge for snacks and drinks and with 6 Smart TVs, everyone can enjoy their favorite shows.

Villages at Ocean Hill community offers tennis courts, basketball court, sports courts that include shuffleboard, badminton/volleyball, and 4-square, fitness center (fee required), playground, lake/sound side pool, oceanside pool and snack bar, neighborhood beach valet services that include umbrella and beach chair rentals, seven beach accesses - two of which have reserved parking lots (parking passes included).

Within easy walking distance of Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Historic Corolla and its shops, and historic Whalehead Club where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets on the Currituck Sound.

The neighborhood is adjacent to the Currituck Banks National Estuarine Reserve with hiking trails through the maritime forest and a boardwalk to the Currituck Sound.

In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
