On the ground level, you’ll discover a cozy rec room featuring a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a full bath, along with a laundry area and direct access to the pool. Moving up to the middle level, the heart of the home awaits with a well-equipped kitchen, bar seating, and a dining area that flows into a great room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. This level also includes an ensuite king bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a tiled shower and tub, plus an additional bunk room and a hall bathroom.
