Guests can also enjoy a sand volleyball court and access to community tennis and basketball courts, keeping everyone active without ever leaving the neighborhood.

You’re also within easy reach of classic OBX outings like Avalon Pier, Lost Treasure Golf, Wild Horse Adventure Tours, and the Wright Brothers National Memorial.
Shops, boardwalk, and dining
A quick stroll or bike ride brings you to the Duck Town Boardwalk and Waterfront Shops, a charming soundfront village with boutiques, galleries, coffee, and ice cream overlooking Currituck Sound. From laid-back cafes to celebrated soundfront spots like local seafood and sunset-view restaurants, guests can sample some of Duck’s best dining without ever having to move the car.
Community perks and walkability
Within the gated community, you’ll have use of a large indoor pool and other shared amenities, perfect for shoulder-season visits or rainy days. The multi-use path right by the home makes it easy to walk or bike to the ocean access and the Duck Town Park and Boardwalk, where you can enjoy soundside sunsets, playgrounds, events, shopping, and waterfront dining all in one place.

We enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated our family well - 8 adults & 3 children. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Pool area nice but it was a little cool during our stay and didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked. Lots of dishes, pots, pans and appliances in the kitchen. Our host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.- Reviewed On: 9/15/2025

Our family had an amazing experience! This home feels so family friendly, spacious, and the location is perfect. We have 3 young boys and they were always entertained with basketball, the hot tub (pool wasn't open yet) and the foosball table. They loved running in the large yard and driveway. The walking path is right there to take you right to the beach or right into town. It was so convenient walking to town and back. The indoor community pool was large and the amenities were so nice. The house was spotless for our stay and had tons of extra towels. Thank you and we hope to return again!- Reviewed On: 4/22/2025
