HIWA01: Sea Spray

Sea Spray is an immaculate, beautifully furnished oceanside home situated just a short walk from the beach in the sought-after town of Waves. The whole family will enjoy the prime location along with a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a private pool, hot tub and rec room with pool table. With six bedrooms total and an abundance of outdoor living space, Sea Spray is ideal for multiple or extended families vacationing together.

The open-concept great room features a wall of west-facing windows for admiring the sound view and breathtaking sunsets. Vaulted ceilings and the open-concept layout make the space feel bright and airy. After a day at the beach or exploring Hatteras, come home and curl up on the sofa to watch a movie or the big game. Step up to the ship's watch for a panoramic ocean-to-sound view and a cozy place for curling up with a good book. The living area leads out to an expansive sun deck where you can soak up the rays. Back inside, prepare homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen that provides plenty of counterspace and overlooks the living area.

At the end of the night, retreat to the top-level primary suite that includes a king bed, private bath and deck access. Four additional bedrooms are located on the mid-level, two of which are ensuite with access to a covered deck overlooking the pool area. Bed and bath linens are always included at no extra charge, and the beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases prior to your arrival.

Downstairs, the ground level consists of a the sixth bedroom, full bath and spacious rec room. This indoor entertainment space includes a pool table and wet bar with full-size fridge for convenient poolside drinks and snacks. Just outside, you'll find a private pool and a steamy hot tub. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for Spring and Fall getaways. When it's time to hit the beach, take a short walk or bike ride to the nearby public access on Sea Vista Drive.

Heading south, Waves is the second stop after the iconic Jug Handle Bridge, located just 25 miles from Whalebone Junction in Nags Head. Sandwiched in the middle of what are known as the Tri-Villages, the central location provides guests with easy access to local shopping, dining and attractions in the neighboring towns of Rodanthe and Salvo. Stock up on provisions at Waves Market & Deli, a locals favorite which is only a short walk from the house and carries everything from produce, deli items and craft beer to beach supplies, bait and tackle.
