Welcome to Boots to Beach, your perfect coastal getaway located on the northern end of Duck in the Sanderling community.

Boots to Beach is recently renovated with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, stylish furnishings, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. All bedrooms are conveniently located together on the middle/entry level. There are three spacious en-suite bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king bed for ultimate comfort. There's also a cheerful bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests, and a convenient hall bathroom. A brand-new stacked laundry setup makes keeping things fresh a breeze.

Head upstairs to the top level, where the open concept living room, dining area, kitchen, and cozy sitting nook create a vibrant space for gathering and relaxing. Whether you're whipping up a seaside feast or lounging with a good book, this level is all about connection and comfort. Plus, there's a separate family room for movie nights or quiet time, along with a handy half bath. The vaulted ceilings and wood paneling add to the character of this one-of-a-kind cottage and abundant windows provide plenty of natural light. A fireplace is available during off-season for staying cozy on cooler Spring and Fall evenings.

For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower, storage space, and a grill.

As part of the Sanderling community, Boots to Beach offers free access to the Swim and Tennis Club, plus walking and biking paths that weave through this charming coastal neighborhood. The pristine beaches and Atlantic ocean are only a 2-3 minute walk away where you can spend the day basking in the sun, surfing, swimming and enjoying the ocean breeze.

Additional amenities that are within walking distance include The Sanderling Resort and three restaurants - Lifesaving Station, Paper Canoe and Theodosia (a Vivian Howard restaurant). The resort has a Spa where you can get massages, body treatments and facials.

Finally, don’t forget to check out the quaint town of Duck that has many shops and restaurants, as well as the Duck Amphitheater and Town Park, where you can stroll the sound-side boardwalk and is perfect for catching a stunning sunset.
