The open-concept layout provides sightlines from front to back and encourages quality time spent together. A slider lets in an abundance of natural light and leads to a spacious deck with pergola for outdoor lounging. The mid-level consists of two bedrooms, one of which has access to a covered deck. Both bedrooms include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy. For additional sleeping arrangement options, the loft is furnished with a king bed and bunkbed set. Downstairs, the rec room provides another space for gathering. It's furnished with a mini foosball table and leads out to a covered patio with grill.

Can’t stay an entire week? Purple Pearl is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
