When you enter this sound-view condo, you are greeted by a bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one with several windows flooding the space with natural light. Unwind in the welcoming living room featuring an inviting sofa and a TV while the chef of the group prepares exquisite homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The living area opens onto a spacious covered balcony with spectacular views of the sound. Additional perks include a washer/dryer.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This was a convenient location for our stay in Manteo. We came down for the Bluegrass Music Festival & did lots of sight seeing in and around the area. Quiet location and you can watch the sun & moon rise over the water.

Lovely little condo with a beautiful view of the sound. It was nice sitting out there looking at sound and boats passing by as we at our breakfast and drank our coffee. Then at night we sat out to relax and hear the waves slap on the shore. Very nice condo tucked away from the major roads. We look forward to booking again!
