SS52: Peer Paradise (Formerly Staying Gold)

Our stay at Peer Paradise was wonderful. This beachfront home was well equipped with kitchen, beach and pool supplies and toys and very pet friendly, also! The pool was enjoyed by all of us, as the first of the week was too cold to get in the ocean, but the pool was perfect! The only thing that could make this home any better is add another bedroom where the small downstairs den is located. Also, an elevator would be very helpful for older family members. I would like to pass along that during two thunderstorms with wind and torrential rain this past weekend, the window over the kitchen sink leaked. While that wasn’t really a problem for us, you may have some rotting wood around that window. I noticed that your windows are Anderson Windows, and they usually have a lifetime guarantee. You may want to give them a call before you have more serious water damage.

House is in a great location. We had some not ideal weather with rain and heavy winds but on the 1 beautiful day we enjoyed nags head beach thoroughly. The hot tub was great, as was great room. Ice maker was great. Kitchen pans could be updated and be larger, though there was enough of everything else. Dishwasher needs to be replaced.

We had an incredible stay here! The windows in the living room and views from the deck are breathtaking! I've stayed in a lot of oceanfront properties, but none were quite this beautiful. Sunset and sunrises are gorgeous here! The location of this home is perfect! So serene but so close to shopping and restaurants in Nags Head. The pool is so relaxing and quiet and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a great day at the beach. 10/10 recommend this property!

Although the property is starting to show its age, our extended family greatly enjoyed our fourth stay in SS52 (Staying Gold). It has great views, good amenities, great location, and is the perfect size for us - 2-grandparents, 2-children and their spouses, and 4-grandchildren.

The house was very nice. I would have liked to have seen a rail at the pool. I am no spring chicken and the first step into the pool is slightly difficult without holding onto something. In this case one of my children or grandchildren had to be near for me to hold a hand to put the first couple of steps in the water. The house was very tastefully decorated. There was plenty of room for my two children, their families and myself.

If you’re looking for beautiful ocean views from all windows, the sound of relaxing ocean waves to lull you to sleep, and being steps from the beach then this is the place to be.The house was beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. Very close to supermarkets and great restaurants and the outlets if you want to shop. If you don’t feel like heading to the beach then it’s a quick hop over to the pool. Don’t feel like sunning? Then jump in the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean.Would hands down come again!

The rap around views are amazing. You can see the ocean from everywhere in this house. There was plenty of space for our large group including lots of space to "work from home" if you need to. The den/office on the lower level was also helpful when I needed some quite space for work and calls. I would love to go back anytime.

Staying Gold is perfect for a stay in Nags Head. The location was great - amazing restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. The house was exceptionally clean, had all of the necessities and amenities you would need for a family vacation, and is located just steps to the beach. The hosts are accommodating and quick to respond with any questions - very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this wonderful home, and I look forward to vacationing here again in the future!

Perfect home for our 3 generation family. Each couple got their own room and kids were happy with Their bedrooms and little downstairs den. The view from the living area was more than amazing and we really enjoyed the furniture out on the deck. We have already rented it for next year!

Staying Gold is a beautiful home. The views from the top floor living space are amazing. The owners have provided virtually every amenity that might be needed, both in the house and for the beach. The pool is an oasis that works well for children at any time and for the adults after dark. The location is also perfect, on a cul-de-sac so that biking and running can be done with less interaction with traffic. Our family loved our week here so much that we immediately booked again for next year.

This house is fantastic! You can`t beat the views of the beach, and very comfortable deck chairs to enjoy the view. We used the pool every day, and little conveniences like the mini bar ice maker were great. We`ll be staying again next year!

We love this house and the location. The house is well maintained and the views are amazing. We just made our reservation for year three. We couldnt be happier.
