H304S: Heron Cove 304S

Village realty people were SO helpful and kind. The condo was sparkling clean! We have rented a condo with Village realty for next year and can’t wait to return to the OBX. Heron Cove #304S was beautiful and had everything anyone could ever need! Fantastic view. The beds were very comfy. A wonderful place!

I was very pleased with the condo I rented. It was very quiet, I didn't go to the beach that often because I've had both of my knees and there weren't many people out and if I had fallen, it would have been very difficult to get up. The dishwasher was easy to use, I used the washing machine twice, and the condo suited my needs to a tee. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

A great place for three generations to stay! My husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law, and our 4-year-old grandson all had a wonderful time. With such easy pool and beach access, it was delightful! The very large balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was one of our favorite features of the condo. And being on the third floor was absolutely the right call for taking advantage of the beautiful views. We also appreciated the wonderfully spacious "great room" which took full advantage of the gorgeous viewscape, as well as providing plenty of room to spread out and accommodate an active 4-year-old. The unit was very clean and well-appointed, and the folks at Village Realty were a delight to work with. They were very responsive and professional at all phases of the rental process. Suggestion: One night we ordered a "Captain`s Choice" steamer bucket from the Austin Seafood Co. and, not only was it delicious, but it really added to the beach experience. NOTE: We got an inexpensive $1.00 plastic tablecloth at the Dollar Tree store, which made for easy and efficient clean-up after our feast.
