Your beach vacation will ALWAYS be flawless when it begins at Semper Surf. Getting to the beach will be quick and safe using the pedestrian crosswalk and public access just 300 feet from the house.

With over 3,700 square feet of indoor living space, this fabulous oceanside retreat provides plenty of room for spreading out while still being under one roof. The open-concept great room offers ocean views and can accommodate large gatherings for spending quality time spent with loved ones. It leads out to an expansive sun deck for effortless indoor/outdoor transitioning. Back inside, vaulted ceilings and windows galore, including transoms, create a bright and airy space with abundant natural light. Stylish LVP flooring flows throughout the top-level common areas, ideal for sandy feet returning from the beach. When you're not dining out, get dinner started at home in the well-equipped kitchen that boasts gorgeous quartz countertops, a breakfast bar and an ocean view. The loft area is furnished with a desk for guests who need to stay caught up with work or school remotely. The primary bedroom is also located on the top level and includes a luxurious private bath that's been recently remodeled for a spa-like experience.

On the mid-level, all four bedrooms provide deck access and include ensuite baths, perfect for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. The good times continue downstairs in the rec room where guests flex their skills on the billiard table or simply kick back and watch a movie or game on the TV. A wet bar with full-size fridge makes it easy to grab a drink or snack to enjoy poolside, since this fabulous ground level bonus space leads directly to the pool area. Take a refreshing dip in your very own 12' x 28' private pool, or a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub. For a change of scenery, guests also have access to the Ocean Watch community pool located just two lots away from the house.

Situated at Milepost 15 in Nags Head, Semper Surf is halfway between Jockey's Ridge State Park and Jennette's Pier. You'll be within walking distance to local favorites including Forbes Candy & Gift Shop and Booty Treats Ice Cream. Guests will also be just a short drive to the Nags Head Outlet Mall as well as the Outer Banks Mall, where you'll find grocery stores, home decor and boutique shopping, plus a variety of dining and take-out options. The nearby Whalebone Junction is home to several iconic waterfront restaurants. From there, head over the bridge to Roanoke Island or down south to Hatteras for an exciting day trip or evening excursion.

The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen seemed to beckon everyone to hangout there. It was so nice waking up to the sunrise views over the ocean. Rebekah was always so responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Village Realty was a great place for my friends and I to get away for our Spring Break. It was very spacious and beautiful for our big group. They met all of our needs, especially when the hot tub cover broke, they came to fix it the same day. Bathroom in every room and super close beach access was definitely a plus. We made me a lot of great memories staying there despite the weather in March.

The property was on a great location and clean. However we had 3 broken chairs out on deck when we arrived and I believe 3 dining room chairs that were broke when we arrived. We just put them to side though and had a great stay. Also none of the tvs in any of the bedrooms would work or connect to wifi. We still enjoyed our stay very much.

House was beautiful with all the amenities. Only issue was the fire alarms went off 3 days in a row (once at 3:45 am when everyone was sleeping). We disconnected the one we thought the issue was coming from in the 1st floor back bedroom as we were told by maintenance. Otherwise, we would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy time at the beach.

Everything was wonderful except a service call that we placed was never responded to that we know of. The pool lights were not working so we placed a call on Sunday. Monday or Tuesday they still weren’t working so we did some investigating in the unlocked mechanical room just outside the pool and found the breakers to be tripped. If somebody did show up after that, none of my family that I talked to saw them.
