Beautiful home with lots of natural light. Loved the location. Next to a pond with lots of wildlife, including an otter. Not much yard to walk the dogs, but a very walkable community with buckets for dog waste throughout. Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and shopping.

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved being on the pond and golf course. We were very thankful for the owners accommodating our last minute request with our pups! Will definitely consider this house for our next visit!

Enjoyed the wildlife and dinner on the back porch. Sunsets are beautiful and peaceful mornings. The house is clean even with pets allowed. The kitchen is fully stocked but could use some scissors and a new cutting board. Village is great to work with and would definitely stay there again!

Perfectly located between Bodie Island Lighthouse and Kitty Hawk National Monument. Food/Grocery less than a mile away and was quiet and secluded!
Great place to stay to be close enough to activities but still have privacy.

My stay

Nice house for what it is. Pros: cute layout, decent location, reasonably priced Cons: outdoor shower doesn’t work, hose doesn’t work, nest thermostat had been programmed for a 75* temp an moon everyday made the house extremely hot coming back from the beach, tv in twin bed bedroom works when it wants too.
