We had a wonderful two weeks at OBX. Village Realty was wonderful to work with. We appreciated their communication via both email/text regarding payment, requirements regarding care of the property (trash, recycling) and entry/exit of property. All went smoothly.

We stayed at the lovely "Wright Nice View", a Sandcastle condo in Kill Devil Hills in August, 2024. The condo's owners made sure to offer every amenity for their guests' comfort and enjoyment. The unit was clean and beautifully furnished. If not on the beach, we spent our time sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise; or we were enjoying a glass of wine at night watching the moonlight on the water. It was one of the most relaxing weeks we've had at the OBX. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home! Everything was just perfect!

My husband and I love staying in your beautiful home. We had everything we needed to make us feel at . The only thing that took away from us having a perfect week was being on the 2nd floor where you could hear every movement the family was making above (and I mean every movement) every day. My husband told me this place needed a second layer of flooring and maybe this will help cut down on the hearing of movement from above. I hope this information will not take away from anyone else staying in your beauty home. Outside of this small incident everything else was perfect.

Perfect

The condo was perfect just the right size for the four of us and very clean. Loved the fact that it was right on the beach , and loved the deck overlooking the ocean . would definitely stay there again
