Two levels of east-facing covered decks provide plenty of outdoor space for watching the sunrise and listening to the crashing waves. Inside, kick back and relax in the comfortably furnished great room, where a wall of east-facing windows showcases the stunning view of the sparkling Atlantic. The open-concept layout is perfect for spending quality time together, even while preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The primary ensuite bedroom is also located on the top level and includes access to a private sun deck. Downstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms, including a second queen ensuite. The ground level features a fish cleaning station where you can prepare the catch of the day before firing up the grill.

Centrally located at Milepost 10 in the sought-after Gallery Row district of Nags Head, Surfer's Watch is within walking and biking distance to a variety of shopping, dining and activities. Tortuga's Lie is just a five-minute walk from the house and is a local's favorite for lunch, dinner, and nightlife. Other nearby restaurants include Lucky 12 Tavern and Red Drum Grill. Be sure to check out Dowdy Park for seasonal farmers markets, yoga, movies and live music events. Kids will love the unique playground and open, grassy field.

House has great location, good general condition and everything you need. Enclosed yard was convenient for the dog. Crazy wind and rain exposed a roof leak late in the week. Ceiling has a small bubble above the main living room TV. Other than that, great place, that we would rent again.

We don’t usually leave reviews, but this house deserves one! When we checked in we were welcomed with gorgeous flowers sent to us by the owners of the home. I have been going to the Outer Banks for 25+ years and we’ve never had that happen before! The house was very clean, and all of the furniture (including the mattresses) was actually very comfortable for a rental home. The advertised “dog run” is more of a fenced in yard which was a huge plus for us and made vacationing with our two dogs much more enjoyable and less stressful! The only negatives I would include would be that the yard and beach access cut through need to be more properly maintained and cut (I assume this is handled by Village, not the owners), and add some sort of barrier to the upstairs shower as the water gets ALL over the floor without something blocking the water to the rest of the bathroom. The home doesn’t have any games/cards/etc which is ok and not on the owners to provide, but keep that in mind for rainy beach days! If it wasn’t for Villages huge price increase for next year, we would’ve already booked this house again because we loved it so much! Overall, amazing house (probably my favorite thus far!) and would highly recommend anyone to book it price willing!

We love'd the house!!! The view was amazing through the big windows!!! My only complaint was the dog run. The grass was way to high for my pup. So we just didnt take her out but one time.

This beach house was really nice, the only complaint we really have is that it didn’t have its own beach access but not a huge problem since the public access was right beside us and the beds weren’t very comfortable, other than that everything was great and the sunrise views were incredible, we even got to see dolphins from our balcony!

This beachfront home was the best we've stayed at! It was a spectacular view and it was spacious. The view doesn't get old! The owners actually sent us flowers too, which has never occurred before in our years of staying (close to 10 years).
This house is close to everything and the neighbors were great as well. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great time!
