Returning to the Village Realty program for 2025! The Salty Pearl offers everything you need for a fun-filled and memorable OBX vacation. The prime oceanside location in Dolphin Run is just one block from the beach and within walking distance to the Village Beach Club oceanfront pool. Recent upgrades throughout the home take The Salty Pearl to the next level of comfort and style. In the evenings, wind down with a relaxing soak in your very own bubbly hot tub.
After a day at the beach or by the pool, come home and relax in the open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. This comfortably furnished gathering space leads out onto expensive sun decks with barefoot-friendly Trex decking and ocean views. Get dinner started in the newly updated and well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gorgeous LVP flooring flows throughout the entire top level, including the primary suite which features a private bath and deck access. Downstairs, four more bedrooms will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Three of the bedrooms on this level provide deck access, and a second king suite includes a private half bath. The newly remodeled hall bath boasts a new vanity and floor-to-ceiling tile for a custom look.
Getting to the beach couldn't be easier using the Epstein Street public access across the street, which features a bath house and free parking. Guests at The Salty Pearl will also have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, pickleball court, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. Just a four-minute walk from The Salty Pearl, the Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.
Centrally situated at Milepost 15 on the east side of bypass, the Dolphin Run neighborhood is a sought-after community in The Village at Nags Head. It's the perfect location for guests who are seeking easy access to the beach along with a variety of nearby shopping and dining options. Within a mile radius of The Salty Pearl you'll find the Outer Banks Mall, two grocery stores, ice cream, gift shops and go-carts.
PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This home is gorgeous. It easily accommodates 10 people. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunches. The views are nice from the back balcony. Adirondack chairs on the different balconies were a very nice touch. We did not use the jacuzzi or pool. Parking was a breeze. My family visited OBX -Salty Pearl the week of June 14th. By far, this is one of the better homes we have stayed in. The home was thoroughly cleaned (KUDOS to the housekeeping staff). It was beautifully decorated and met our needs. We were pleased with how Salty Pearl accommodated my family- beds and bedrooms. We encountered one minor issue during our visit. Village Realty promptly returned our call and sent someone out. We loved having access to the beach so close. When my family visits OBX, I typically take my pots and pans. I wish I had known the home had an INDUCTION stove, but we made it work for the week. If you plan to stay at this home during your vacation, you will not be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be terrific. It was clean, well maintained, and had just about everything we needed. It would be a nice touch to include a couple of complimentary laundry pods (even though it was clear in the description that those would not be included).
