Kimberly's Kottage has everything you will need for your OBX vacation. Enjoy your own private pool with expansive deck space for sunbathing or cool off under the gazebo. The large fenced in yard is a great place for outdoor games. The beach is just a short walk away with two beach accesses available to you, to the north is the Curlew St access and to the south is the Hollowell Street access. The reverse floor plan is perfect as it offers the living, dining, and kitchen on the top level where you can enjoy your favorite movies, and delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. What better way to start your day than enjoying your morning coffee or tea from the top-level sun deck as the sun rises. The lower level den/rec room is a great place to hang out to watch TV or play a game of foosball, plus there is a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Spacious covered decks give you the shade you need to relax and read your favorite books.

Located in a great neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bike. You are close to many great local restaurants, unique shops, and outdoor activities.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Beautiful house! It was walkable to two different ice cream shops that we visited often. Walkable to the beach access. The pool was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great vacation property! It’s close enough to walk to the beach and there’s also parking if you’d like to take a vehicle to the public access. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are also close by. Nice neighborhood. Good parking. Check-in was easy. Everything was very clean. Nice/comfortable furniture. Spacious. The Kitchen had everything we needed except for dish towels. Only one was provided for the week. Host was very responsive and courteous.
I love the house and we would definitely stay here again.
A couple of things… the banister height on the second and third level made me a little nervous. I feel like they should be taller for safety reasons. There are a lot of steps! It was fine for us, but if you have any difficulties climbing stairs I would take this into consideration. They’re also quite a few steps at the beach access to climb over the dunes.

Nice house in a t location. The rooms were very comfortable and the pool was large and very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. I wish there were TV`s in all the bedrooms and that all could get local stations and cartoon network for the kids.

Third year staying at this property and love it! Only issue is there are many spots in the grass which have died, not sure if there is some type of fungus that killed it or what🤔

Beautiful house. Well stocked kitchen. Our family had a great week in Nags Head although it was the first year our 7 that we had 3 days of rain. It was bound to happen sooner or later. The pool and yard area are wonderful. Having the gas grill under the gazebo in the yard was nice. Looking forward to staying at this house in 2022. Our reservations are already made for the same week.

Our family found Kimberly’s Cottage after our original house we were booked in was sold. We loved everything about this property especially the pool and spacious back yard. The owners have a wagon and other beach items in a lower level storage area and allow you to use these items. Only a short walk to the beach which takes about five minutes or so. We have already booked this property for next year and highly recommend. It is obvious the owners care about this beach house by the way it is decorated and maintained.

We loved our stay at Kimberly’s Kottage! It was a short walk to the beach and had a great pool that was more and more shaded as the afternoon went on. It also had a great yard for the kids to run around in! They recently did updates to the flooring in May (now mostly hard floor, which I love) and new decor— it looks great! The beds were very comfortable— best sleep we’ve gotten in a long time. Would definitely stay again!

Our weekend could not have gone any better or more smooth. Kimberly`s Kottage is beyond accommodating, cozy, and beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with items we did not even think about needing, but were available! The pool and that backyard were perfect for hanging out with friends and family! They have since added Smart TV’s in all the bedrooms which is a nice addition and there was plenty of space for the whole family. One of my favorite parts was how close it was to the beach and the one block walk is lovely. They even had a beach buggy to carry all of our things! We absolutely will be coming back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

I stayed at Kimberly`s Kottage in October of 2019. It is in the PERFECT location for the best of all things Outer Banks. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. It is a beautiful walk to the beach (one block). The house is located in a quiet part of the strip. You have all the comforts of home - I love the kitchen being on the top floor. I also love the furniture on the porches - so lovely both in the mornings and evenings. Bedding is amazing, and plenty of room for families or for a girls` or guys` weekend. Excellent! I cannot recommend this house enough!!
