This charming coastal retreat includes a private pool, hot tub and two levels of decks for outdoor lounging.
After a day at the beach or on the golf course, come home and gather in the comfortably furnished, open-concept great room. The lower-level den and a top-level loft provide additional living space, and a fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals at the house. Two of the three bedrooms are spacious primaries, both with ensuite baths for plenty of privacy.
During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just steps away and once you arrive at the beach, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club includes a variety of other recreation options that will give everyone in your group something to look forward to. The Fitness Center is the hub of all activities in the Currituck Club and includes a gym, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more. Grocery shopping at Harris Teeter (with a Starbucks inside) and Duck Donuts are conveniently located right at the entrance of The Currituck Club community. Shopping, golf, adventure and relaxation is all yours!

Our vacation was wonderful! House is adorable and clean. We enjoyed the decks and especially the hot tub due to the windy Corolla conditions. The trolley is a bonus-right next to the house and takes you right to the beach. The community is a true gem and we felt safe letting our teenagers bike around the community. Best House in Currituck Club to see Fireworks on the 4th! We've rented in Currituck Club and the Hammocks a few times and I think this was our favorite house layout. We had 6 guests and enjoyed the hot tub and pool daily. Great selection of games and puzzles. Kids loved the bunk beds. The third floor loft was great to get away with a book. Kitchen was well-stocked. More sheets and towels than we needed - not a bad thing to have. We would definitely rent again! Thanks for sharing it with us.- Reviewed On: 7/7/2024

A truly wonderful stay and I'd rent it again in a second. The realty addressed a couple of issues quickly (broken door keypad and raccoons in the ceiling who I hope leave on their own!) which was appreciated. Super well equipped kitchen, wonderful layout - having the whole downstairs for 3 teens was a huge win - great neighborhood for walking, convenient food options nearby, beautiful beach, perfect pool for a cooling dip. We loved this house and its amenities. We were very comfortable and had terrific weather the whole 9 days and nights. Any rain occurred at night. Location was convenient to Whalehead, Corolla and Duck and their restaurants and shopping. I would definitely book this house again with it terrific views to the ocean and sound. Village Realty was responsive to requests. One thing that would be helpful would be directions on the use of the TV`s and cable for us non-techies.- Reviewed On: 7/11/2023

Hilltop Haven was the perfect house for our girls trip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The views from the front deck of the sunsets each night were incredible and the hot tub was perfect for stargazing at night. The bedrooms are large with comfy king sized beds, and the daybed in the loft was equally as comfy. There are lots of great restaurants in Corolla and nearby Duck and the Harris Teeter close by is very convenient. House was nice. Family slept great on new mattress’s , the pool was good and we loved the hot tube at night. The sunsets were killer!! Plenty of room for everyone and the location on the golf course was good. Having the grocery store and tap house at the entrance was some good luck. Would go back in a sec.- Reviewed On: 9/1/2020
