Right outside, you'll find a furnished, covered porch area where you can dine outdoors or just soak up the sunshine. You'll also enjoy a shared, outdoor pool, tennis courts, and easy private beach access (no roads to cross), just 450-feet away.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We had a wonderful time exploring Corolla, we had everything we needed at the unit to make nice and memorable meals (celebrating a birthday and Father's day). The pool was nice and the short walk to the beach was wonderful!

Because the location and all the amenities were clean , quiet and very well maintained.Even tho we had some issues with the TV (we weren't able to find any channels)the stuff was very helpful, and issues got resolved.Will definitely book for our next trip.

I spent the week of Memorial Day to travel northward on Hwy 12 and my last couple of night were here and it was a perfect way to end my trip. Something about the vibe of the condo put me right at ease and I was very comfortable during my stay. The space is certainly suitable for more than one person so I’d encourage a family or a group to give it a try.

Adorable little cottagey condo just steps from the beach! When we entered, the condo smelled fresh and clean! I am very particular about cleanliness, and this exceeded my expectations. We loved that there were sheets, pillows, and all towels included. (Extra blankets were in the closets) Fully stocked kitchen with dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags and even dishtowels! Extra toilet paper was also included. A bonus is that there were beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards and more in the storage unit. And while we didn’t get a chance to use the bikes, they were there! Thank you, Lois, for providing such an amazing condo!

We enjoyed a family vacation in Loisstorm OS22 for 3 days. The home was clean, well-stocked with linens and towels, conveniently located to the beach, amenities, grocery store, restaurants, and attractions. The sign-in and checkout process was all online and efficient. We had a very enjoyable time and hope to return for a longer stay.

Everything is great at this property. Close to the beach, has a nice pool on the property and a great deck. The appliances a plumbing are a little outdated but they do work. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Corolla!

Great location about 100 yards from walkout beach access in the community. Super close to groceries and restaurants with a Harris Teeter about a 1/2 mile away. About 5 miles from the 4x4 beach access. The pool access was nice as well to take a break from the beach. Appliances were a little out-dated but all worked. Perfect for small groups or couples.
