The house was in great shape & suited our group aged 4-76 very well. We enjoyed being on the ocean, & used the hot tub & pool (which may need a new liner). The wine gift was much appreciated. The agency was responsive to our calls. Fortunately we checked in advance for quantity of start up supplies & were prepared for the bare minimal stocked: 1 small roll paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1-2 rolls bathroom tissue per room, no tissues. But the towels were the most disappointing- 2 bath, 1 hand towel & only 1 facecloth per double room/bath. I’d recommend the linens at least match the number of houseguests. A few beach towels would have been nice, though we were prepared with our own. Overall, we loved the house, the location, the pool & hot tub.

House was in a great location. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out. House was clean, kitchen nicely stocked and bathroom nicely updated. One of the bathrooms did have an ant problem but an exterminator came and sprayed it.

The house was wonderful. Couldn't give it a 5 star review because we rented the house because of the pool and were notified 45 minutes before check in that the pool had a leak and was unusable. HUGE disappointment to our 19 year old son with autism who loves a pool but not so much the ocean. They did refund our pool heater payment and our travel insurance but it was still disappointing.
