We had such a lovely time at Crystal Shores. The condo I stayed in with my family was bright, clean, and spacious. It also had a beautiful view of the ocean. Village reality provided all the information I needed for my stay and responded to my inquiries. Would definitely recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The condo fit our family (2 adults, 3 kids and a grandma) perfectly. Kitchen was beautiful and upgraded, master bathroom was huge and a deck facing the ocean. Everyone already wants to come back and stay here next year! So grateful we found this!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this condo is. Even though the weather was rainy or overcast the whole week, it was a wonderful place to relax and just enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean. The condo is impeccably appointed. The kitchen is the most put together in all my years of renting places (plus one in Oregon). If we didn't know better, which we don't, it looked as it was just renovated and we were the first ones in. Everything looks brand new and top of the line. Watching the sun rise even in cloudy weather was amazing. It's a short stroll to the beach which was never crowded. The ensuite is over the top. I loved listening to LIVE "white noise" all the through the night of the surf. The other two bedrooms are a nice size with a shared bathroom. There is a great library of beach reads and great game selections to boot. Close to so many restaurants and golf courses as well. This is a true dream rental and we will be back real soon. We found it!!!!

A wonderful week in the Outer Banks! Weather was perfect! Unit 202 was beautiful, very comfortable and right on the beach. You cannot get better than those amazing sunrises and sunsets everyday. A new favorite restaurant we discovered was SHAKA’S at MP10. It had the best calamari I have ever eaten. Other great local places was The Shipwreck, Jolly Roger, Art’s Place, Kill Devil Grill (wings and key lime pie to die for) Blue Moon, Noosa Grill (shaved ribeye gyro) and of course lots of shopping and beach time! The OBX never disappoints!

Condo was very clean. Acess code worked very well, plenty of games, dishes, pots and pans. One complaint is the king size bed in master bedroom is way too soft. It was nice to see the building was getting some repairs and that maintenance of the building is kept up. We really enjoyed our vacation at the condo with our daughter and her family

Property was great. We did have two issues that you can easily correct. First, we only had 6 bath towels for 4 adults. This forced us to take tim out of our vacation to do laundry every day. Seems small, but it was a big issue for us. Second, we could not get ANY of the TV's to work properly. Way too many remotes, very complicated, and NO instructions. We did get some chanels on the living room TV, but no network chanels. We gave up after the second day and did no watch any TV in the evenings. Again, seems small, but it had a big impact on us at the time.

It is an absolutely beautiful place to stay at. The only problem is we travel with three cars from various locations and you cannot get an extra parking pass. We even offered to pay for a third spot, but that was not an option. So you have to park your third car on a beach access road or at the realty company.

Amazing view & condo had everything we needed. Loved the colorful Adirondack chairs on deck. Only issue was screen doors kept falling off the track & need replaced.

The unit is in a great central location on the island and right on beach and had most amenities needed. The layout is great with the master bedroom and other bedrooms at opposite ends for privacy. The unit was clean and very well decorated. We did have to purchase dish towels as none were there but that wasn't a big deal. Also, I would suggest having some beach chairs available to use as well. The only issue that we observed was that the the lower parking level drains backed up with rain water after a heavy rain during the night but it eventually went down.

spacious, well-stocked, condo in great location--close to all anyone could need--groceries, restaurants, bars, shops, activities, etc. Amazing beach that wasn't too crowded with easy access and spectacular ocean views! Condo is comfortable, roomy, well-kept and clean. We had 6 adults and were all comfortable and had enough space for all. We would definitely stay at Crystal Shores 202 again!

We had an amazing vacation. The condo was very comfortable and accommodating for our whole family. The location was perfect, besides having the ocean and a pool (which was nice for the little ones) restaurants and activities were abundant in the area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We would recommend this condo for a fun vacation. Village Realty was friendly, pleasant and quick to respond to our questions. Even the weather cooperated!

We loved Crystal Shores. Village Realty is the best to rent through. The unit was super clean and check in and check out was a breeze. We love the OBX and were thrilled to share it with our grandchildren this year. I see many more years ahead.

We were absolutely blown away when we walked into the condo the first time. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen was very well appointed (we enjoy cooking over eating out and have had trouble with past rentals having basic kitchen utensils necessary for cooking). The balcony had beautiful beach and ocean views. I absolutely plan on coming back to Crystal Shores 202!

I am so happy to have booked through Village Realty. This was the easiest check in I have ever experienced! The condo was perfect in every way....it was super clean, beautiful, gorgeous oceanfront location and so conveniently located to everything. We will definitely return.
