Great location! Easy walk to the beach. The house was good. There were a few things that were an issue- half the tvs didn't seem to work and/or be hooked up correctly to work. The grill hadn't been cleaned and we had to have it serviced. They arrived quickly and took care of it. However, the grill didn't work properly and the dials didn't adjust correctly. The kitchen lacked knives for cutting anything except steak. Otherwise, everything was great. The real estate company was good and responsive.- Reviewed On: 6/29/2025

The person at check in was very knowledgeable of the area and gave good recommendations for our families first visit. The house was very clean. The house was very clean upon arrival. Description and photos were accurate. The house was everything we could have hoped for. Pool was great. Beach access less than a 5 minute walk away. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend- Reviewed On: 9/1/2023
Continued from previous review...Gas grill still had food on it along with dishes inside it. The beds were a little too firm for our liking causing not the best rest for us. But if a firm hard mattress is what you looking for, this would suit your needs. House was awesome for our first Nag`s Head vacation! We loved the pool and the location of the house. It was across the street from the beach access. The elevator came in handy as we had someone who had back surgery 2 months prior to arrival. The beds were pretty uncomfortable due to super hard mattresses but we would still rent this house again. The kitchen was equipped with dishes and pots and pans but don`t forget your coffee filters and coffee for the coffee pot. This house is great for the location to the beach as well as the town of Nag`s Head. There is a fantastic coffee shop in walking distance (Morning View Coffee) that we went to all week. Very clean, very comfortable!! Loved the pool. Being May, weather is unpredictable but the water was always warm. Elevator made things much more convenient due to many stairs. Consider a keurig in addition to the regular coffee pot and install more hooks in the swimming area to hang your towels and also in the laundry room...maybe a clothesline. All and all this home had all of the comforts of home. Very quick easy walk to the beach and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.- Reviewed On: 5/19/2018
