We absolutely loved the house, Sunbeam Sands location is beautiful, immaculate, beautifully decorated, nice location, fairly close to everything (restaurants, etc ) A couple of recommendations - cleaning supplies if you were to need them, there weren’t any. Most Airbnb’s we have stayed in had basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, tissues) bedroom upstairs doesn’t have solid doors, just class, so if you want to sleep late it’s difficult due to the bright sunshine. It’s beautiful tho. A neighbor/property caretaker keeps an eye on the place while there. We were approached and told sod was being delivered and installed. It wasn’t a big deal but we felt we should have been notified prior. However, he asked if we minded as they would be laying sod and watering it. All in all it was a great stay and a beautiful house.

Our family vacation was great! We picked the perfect location before the busy summer with kids sports! Looking forward to visiting again next year!

Great place by the water ! it is on the canal and that's a nice sight to wake up to. it is about 10-15 mins from all the happening places luke the wright memorial, sand dubes, and ofcourse the beaches.
Place was exactly as described and very clean. we had a small issue with light tripping but the support staff took care if it right away ! thanks again and we will definitely visit again 👍

Everything was beautiful. We enjoyed the house very much. Very impressed. We didn’t know there was a gas grill there so we had brought a small portable grill along with us. The neighbor was very nice. The house was fantastic in every way. We would definitely go back.

This was my first time renting through Village Realty and staying in Cilington Harbor. The entire check-in and check-out process was very easy. The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was perfect for the 5 year old and 8 month old in are family. Even though many beaches were closed due to bacteria or rip tides, our family had lots of fun.
