Just Chillin is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom condo located in the Windswept Ridge community of the Currituck Club. This 2nd floor corner unit features a large wrap-around deck overlooking the golf course. The open-concept layout maximizes the space for gathering and takes full advantage of the horizon ocean views. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating. After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to the primary bedroom with king bed and a private bath that includes a double vanity, shower and separate tub. A second ensuite with queen bed and third bedroom with queen and bunkbed makes Just Chillin perfect for vacationing with family and friends.

Golfers in your group can take advantage of discounts at the Currituck Club's 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones. During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just steps away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everyone in your group something to look forward to, including five community pools located throughout the community. The Fitness Center is the hub of all activities in the Currituck Club and includes a gym, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more. Just Chillin is also part of the Pine Island Beach Club, which provides a second option for getting to the beach along with additional outdoor amenities. Take advantage of convenient parking, a large oceanfront lap pool, outdoor ping pong and pool tables, snack bar and of course, easy access to the beach.

We loved our stay at Just Chillin with our grandson and 2 of his friends. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and couches, kitchen well stocked (although we eat out most nights there was cook and bakeware to prepare full meals, as well as food storage with lids!). The view of the golf course and ocean in the distance was great from the balcony, where the 3 teenagers ate most of their breakfasts and lunches. The layout of the condo was ideal for us, the teenagers took the 2 bedrooms off the entrance hall and we were off the living room, we hardly heard them at all. The Currituck Club amenities are outstanding, it’s a perfect place for families! The one small suggestion I would make is for the owners to free up storage for renters in the kitchen pantry. We’ve stayed in larger houses, 6+ bedrooms, where there was only one locked owner’s closet, Just Chillin had at least 3. Overall though it’s a beautiful well maintained and well stocked condo!

The condo was spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our visit. I especially liked that the King master was separated from the other two bedrooms. The condo was very comfortable and updated. Everyone had a great vacation at 4J.

We had a lovely stay at our Windswept Condo the “Just Chillin”. Everything about it was perfect. Loved the location. The trolley and the drivers were amazing. I would highly recommend The Currituck Club.

Beautifully appointed with everything you would need for a beach stay plus some. Perfect for our family. Added bonus were the amenities including the Pine Island Beach Club; it was as if we had a private beach and pool to ourselves with unlimited parking. We took advantage of golf, tennis, pickle ball, the many CC pools and the CC beach club. On top of it all, we had an ocean view.

We had a lovely stay at the village realty property. It was clean and all the dishes and linen were provided. We had a dishwasher issue , we called the management and asked if they can send someone to fix it, no one came until we left. Otherwise, beautiful house with a beautiful view!!
