Great place, clean and a good size for 2 people and a large dog. Easy access to the beach and a game room onsite for those with kiddos. Set up like a hotel- has an elevator and carts to bring up your luggage which was a plus.

The walk to beach access is excellent. I love the hallway within the condo complex. The yard area for walking dogs was large, well lit, and maintained. Beach chairs are available for use. The condo was clean except for some dog hair under the living room chairs. This condo is great!!

1. Cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. My wife can get stressed in an untidy environment. This vacation was the most relaxed she has ever been. We will be specifically looking for condos managed by Village Realty for future visits. 2. Parking at this condo is plentiful and easy to get in and out off. 3. Access to the beach is easy (although the pass code to get in and out can be hard to remember) 4. Only negative is that the balcony’s view of the ocean is blocked by the dune. Even with this, and the fact it is over looking the neighbor’s pool it’s surprisingly comfortable to enjoy an evening just talking. We loved our time here.

Everything was as advertised, the condo was just the right size for us. Just wish the view was better and the weather a little warmer . We did enjoy our three days on the beach and exploring the area on our bikes.

We stay here often and as usual this stay was amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that the owners chose to remove the hot tub and change from streaming services to cable. We'll see y'all again in June!

The only issue we had was we stayed the weekend after the time change and we were on track to check.out early, but the property did not update the time on the locks and we got locked out and hour early as we were loading our car. They resolved the problem.withing 20 minutes or so, but it did hold us up a bit. Other than that one issue though it is a great property in a great location. Can't beat it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at FF102 "Simplicity". The location and amenities were perfect and cozy. Kitchen was stocked nicely and layout of the unit and the condo in general lended itself to convenience and comfort. We had a wonderful relaxing 40th anniversary and would love to plan a repeat trip to First Flight Retreat. Village Realty is always a pleasure to deal with.

Had an amazing stay in the Outer Banks! The condo was clean and spacious. The convenient access to the beach was great as well as the other amenities such as the pool. Loved that I could bring my dog on my vacation. The location of the condominium was ideal for going to various places. I would bring extra pillows and I felt like the hot tub could have been clean on the middle of the week. But all in all I had a fantastic vacation in OBX with my family!

Very nice place it was clean and the photos were as advertised. The place comes with a good amount of amenities. The only recommendations I would say is bring your own pillows, blankets and laundry soap. We would definitely come back here.
