A perfect getaway for the entire family.

'Beach ParTee Time' is a beautifully decorated, luxurious and comfortable retreat. 31' x 14' private pool, covered hot tub and bar, outside speakers, 3 master suites, den with wet bar and 2nd refrigerator, high chair and a pack-n-play, 2 car garage with pool table, basketball hoop, beach chairs, grill, enclosed outside shower, patio area, large front porch.

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars. Fireplace not available for guest use. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

We enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back. Village Realty was very responsive and checked in with us throughout the whole process. We loved the pool and hot tub as well!
House was pretty clean, I would say it could be a bit more clean overall though.

The house is very comfortable, good location to club house, fitness, etc. The outside chairs, lounges were not clean. It would also be nice if there was some information booklet about the house, cable guidelines, etc. Overall enjoyed the house and stay.

Best Destination Thanksgiving Yet!

The check in process was confusing but once we figured that out everything was spectacular! Cooking in the kitchen was fantastic! And the double ovens made life great. I didnt see half of the family because they were either in the theatre room or in one of the many bedrooms. We though the hot tub was going to be available but found out it wasnt whe n we got there. We are planning on going back in the summer!
