This was the perfect location-steps from the pool and beach with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Condo was clean and beds were comfy. Just be aware, there are no beach towels or items at the condo. You will need to rent or bring everything.

This F4 unit at Quay feels like our second home! We’ve had so many comfortable stays here! Glad they were fixing the fence holding up the dune in front of our unit but noise woke us up early a couple of days during our stay! This makes me feel like I will call for reservation next time to check on that! Carpets getting worn and a little dirty could use a good cleaning. Clogged shower head in downstairs bathroom! Ceiling fan in living room clicks loudly. Otherwise good.

I’m sorry the fence repairs and the resulting early-morning noise disrupted your visit — we’ll work with maintenance to limit noisy work times and note repair schedules for reservations so future stays aren’t surprised. Thank you for reporting the worn/soiled carpets, clogged downstairs shower head, and the clicking living-room fan — maintenance has been notified to clean/inspect the carpets, clear/replace the shower head, and repair or replace the fan as needed. Only complaints were the upstairs slider door to the master bedroom deck not opening. And the drain for the tub in the other second floor bedroom backing up.

QF4 was very nice and comfortable. There were several light bulbs burned out in 2 of the 3 bathrooms but there were still enough to provide aufficient light. I did not report the ossie because it did not affect the quality of our stay. The unit was clean upon arrival and an hour ahead of check in time. Overall we had a great vacation and plan on a return visit in the next 2 years.

We have stayed in a number of different Quay Units over the years and this one tops all of the others. No complaints with the furnishings or services. The management company is extremely responsive to any issue you may encounter. Best Nags Head vacation in years.

What a breath of fresh airimmaculate condition; beautiful, updated master bathroom; lovely welcome basket, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, salt and pepper. Lovely floor plan and decorated to perfection. Add the gorgeous weather, and it was the dream vacation!

Great place, clean and great accommodations. Felt like home. This was our second year in a row staying in the same unit. Nice upgrades from the year prior as well.

This rental was very nice! It had everything we needed and we loved that we were so close to the pool and the beach access. We will certainly book again on our next trip to OBX!
