Fairway View is a cute, dog-friendly only home located on the fairway in the golf course community in The Village at Nags Head. If you love to play golf this is just the right home for you! The Nags Head Golf Links clubhouse and golf course are right across the street, and guests can take advantage of exclusive discounts at this championship level course with stunning scenery and challenging play for all skill levels.

You can also enjoy the Village Beach Club amenities (in season) with the oceanfront Olympic size pool, a kiddie pool, pickleball court, and beach access.

Fairway View is close to two grocery stores, Food Lion and Fresh Market, many local restaurants and shops. Venture out to some of our famous landmarks, The Wright Brothers Memorial, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jeanette's Pier, and Roanoke Island in Manteo.

We had a great stay! Across the street from the Links clubhouse and an easy drive to shops and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better “home base” for a family weekend on the coast.

The house was great. It was perfectly clean other than the staff missed a soda bottle under a bed from a previous tenant. No biggie. Would be even nicer if the tv was on the wall where the dog blanket is hanging, and had some new living room furniture. Then there would be more seating. The mattress downstairs is a little uncomfortable, and the queen bed upstairs was extremely squeaky. My 11 year old daughter wouldn’t sleep on it. And the grill. Rusty & would not use it. Regardless, we enjoyed our week there. Would stay there again even as is.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had a great time! We loved the location, and access to Village Beach Club, and the option to bring our dog. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the space was nice for our family and friends. The only issue we ran into was the overflowing trash when we arrived and the dirty dishes left in the dishwasher that had started to smell. Nothing we couldn’t handle and we would definitely stay again. If trash day was posted somewhere in the house, that would be helpful!

The unit was in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and shopping. The Roku tv was difficult to navigate and an explanatory sheet should have been provided. That would have been helpful.

We love the location and home. A few suggestions only. The kitchen has pots and pans - that are very old. We only found one bowl and it was a mixing bowl. Next year I feel that I need to bring bowls , a few pans and some utensils. Plus a grill. We do like the home and are coming again.

This is our second annual winter stay at Fairway View. It is perfect for us and our small dog. Located walking distance to the sound and the beach(es). Huge horizon vistas in every direction. The house is perfectly equipped and so comfy, we feel like it is our home and are happy to treat it as such. Thank you to the owners for opening up their home to us again, and we will be back (soon, we hope!). Kudos to the new cable/Roku and the updated outdoor shower which I used every night even in winter. Though we miss the wall hanging of the puppy faces :)

Great Trip at this rental

Enjoyed our stay ... only minor down side is that you have a cross a major road to walk to the beach (10 - 15 min walk).

Perfect pet friendly home

This house exceeded our expectations. It is clean and well maintained with all the necessary supplies to cook. The deck is large and has a secure gate for pets and children. Also a lovely view! Easy walk to the pier for sunset and kayak launch or the beach club. It was a pleasant surprise that entrance to the pool wa included. We would definitely return!
