Getting to the beach will be just as effortless using the neighborhood beach access at the east end of Christopher Drive.
After a day at the beach or exploring town, come home and relax in the open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights that create a bright and airy vibe with abundant natural light. This fabulous combination living/dining space leads out to an expansive wrap-around deck where you lounge in the sun for your daily dose of Vitamin D. Back inside, get dinner started in the brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Gorgeous LVP flooring flows throughout the entire home, including the bedrooms. The main level queen suite features an updated semi-private bath, and two more bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Outside, you'll find a thoughtfully landscaped yard with charming walking path to a raised deck with seating for relaxing under the mature oak trees.
No need to worry about traffic or finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from the very best Duck has to offer. For a break from the beach, attend yoga classes, concerts, and annual events hosted at the nearby Town of Duck amphitheater. Can’t stay an entire week? Aurora is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. Great place! Great location both close to the beach and close to the town of Duck. You can walk to the beach and also walk to the store and duck donuts! Wish there were washer dryer units and a hair dryer though, but not a deal breaker! Pool is nice as well!- Posted: 8/10/2025

Thank you for your positive feedback, Eric! Please be sure to look at your vacation rental’s list of amenities as they vary by property in the Guest Portal. Each home will have a starter set of paper products to make your arrival day a little easier. This set will include one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom as well as a small bar of hand soap. While homes will be cleaned before your arrival as well as after your departure, make sure to bring some cleaning supplies for spills, dishes as well as laundry. You will be able to pick up a weekly supply of paper products at the nearby grocery store. We hope to be able to host you again soon!Village Realty staff
