Great place. The jacuzzi was amazing and had a great view and helped with the beach closed to swimming. They had plenty of rooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Great balconies with access from nearly every room.

Very nice house. 5 of us had plenty of room. Great location, we didn’t drive more than a couple of miles to anything. Short, easy walk to the beach.

We found Beagle by the Sea a very nice beach house. It is well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked, and we loved the 1/2 bath on the main level. There are plenty of puzzles and board games to keep you busy during a rainy week. The hot tub on the deck was a godsend on those rainy days (which unfortunately was every day, but one.) It is a short walk to the Eptein beach access, and the community pool. However, we drove to both for safety reasons. We stayed the week of June 8-15, 2025. We would definitey consider renting this house again.

Fantastic home! We walked out the back yard, across beach road and we were at the beach! We could see the ocean between the oceanfront properties.
I was impressed. The hot tub was maintenances twice a week. I’m not normally a hot tub person, but the hot tub was so clean I was able to use it confidently.

The house was well kept! Nice amenities with a clean and comfortable setting. The decks were nice with tables and the swing was perfect relaxation . Some updates were apparently needed, but still nice.

Beagle by the Sea was a wonderful time for our family! Beautiful porches, a fun hot tub, great layout of the house, lots of games for the rainy days, and best of all a wonderful location. We had a great time there. Would definitely recommend to others, and if we come back to OBX anytime soon we'll for sure see if it's open. Perfect for a large family or several families together.

We loved staying at Beagle By the Sea - the location was great- easy to get to everything! Public Beach entrance was right across from the neighborhood and easy very convenient. Manteo was very close- the few neighbors that we had were very nice and friendly! Hot tub worked great and was enjoyed by all. Village Realty responded to my questions very quickly and were very helpful. I would highly recommend Village Realty AND Beagle By the Sea!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, great area! It would have been nice to have paper towels, towels/rags to wipe off deck chairs in the morning after heavy dew! Beds weren’t very comfy.

This is our third year here. Very nice place, have enjoyed our stay here this year. Great weather "after hurricane scare". The location is great!!

We rented two homes on this street as our daughter married her soulmate, true love on the beach at the Beach Club. So happy we stayed at Innisfree - it was perfect! The home had everything we could ask for, and having the decks on both sides of the home was awesome. Couldn`t have had better weather and our memories will last a lifetime! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

What a great house! We had an awesome week here and so did the other family that vacationed with us. We are regulars here but this year was their first, and I believe they’ve fallen in love with OBX the same way we have. Innisfree is close to all of our favorite shops, like Mudpie, Cotton Gin and The Cottage, and really close to our favorite ice cream joint-Scammell’s. The beach access was close and convenient—the bathrooms and showers there were a game changer. The house itself has a good layout and is spacious. Check the photo above—I’ve never seen so many shades of blue in one photo. I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay. Thanks Village! See you in October!

We love Inn is Free by the Sea. This is the second time we have stayed here. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We recommend Kitty Hawk water tours for dolphin trips.
