The Blue Pearl will be a gorgeous soundside home in sought-after Monteray Shores just a two-minute walk from the community clubhouse. Along with four bedrooms and three full baths, The Blue Pearl will include a private pool, outside shower and rec room with wet bar. Pets are welcome, so you can include your four-legged friends on the guest list.

At the end of the night, retreat to the top-level primary suite with a 65" TV, Puffy Cloud Royal mattress, and private bath that includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The mid-level consists of three additional bedrooms, all of which feature deck access. A second ensuite on this floor with Nector Copper mattress, 55" TV and a private bath with a walk in shower makes The Blue Pearl ideal for multiple or extended families. The QUEEN bunk bedroom boasts a 55" TV, Purple Mattress on the top bunk and a Midnight Lux mattress on the bottom for ultimate comfort. Teenage kids will absolutely love the space and comfort of this room. The third king bed on this level is furnished with a 55" TV and Bear Elite Hybrid mattress. Downstairs, you'll find a rec room that can serve as an additional hangout space. It features a sleeper sofa, 55" TV, foosball table for indoor entertainment, and a wet bar for convenient drinks and snacks.

The clubhouse includes tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The Bonito Street public beach access is just a 8-10 min walk (1 ½ mins drive) from the house and offers free parking. Take a three-minute drive south to Monteray Plaza for conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, gas stations and a coffee shop, plus beach gear stores and rentals. Across the street, you'll find even more shopping and dining options at Timbuck II Shopping Village.

In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
