M994: Sandalous

Welcome to Sandalous - a pristine and tastefully appointed beach house in Corolla that will meet all of your vacation needs and then some. A variety of amenities will keep everyone in your group entertained throughout your stay, including a private pool, hot tub and rec room. Three of the six bedrooms are king ensuites, perfect for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. Situated on a meticulously landscaped corner lot, this dog-friendly home features a fenced-in backyard. Sandalous is located in the oceanside community of Corolla Shores, just a short stroll from the beach using the nearby walkway to the Perch Street public access.

The open-concept great room provides plenty of comfortable seating and space for gathering. The dining area leads out to a west-facing covered deck overlooking the private pool and backyard, where you can admire the breathtaking sunsets. Back inside, the chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with bar seating. The top-level primary suite is a luxurious retreat that features a king bed, deck access, and a private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.

The mid-level consists of four more bedrooms, including two additional king ensuites. Downstairs, another king bedroom and full bath are located on the ground level. The rec room is furnished with a foosball table, arcade game, and a sitting area with TV that can serve as a second living room. There's also a convenient kitchenette with full-size fridge and dishwasher, perfect for grabbing a drink or snack without having to go upstairs. This fabulous entertaining space offers direct access to the backyard with sparkling private pool, bubbly hot tub, and a gas grill.

Centrally located in Corolla, Sandalous is just 1.5 miles south of some of the town's most famous attractions. Spend an entire day exploring the Whalehead Club, Wildlife Education Center, and Maritime Museum. Across the street, the Corolla Light Town Center has everything you need for family-friendly outing, including several casual dining options, ice cream, mini-golf and arcade. Just a short drive south, you'll find the Timbuck II Shopping Village, as well as conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, and coffee shops.
