All three bedrooms on the mid-level feature private baths, making Beach Bum'n ideal for larger groups or multiple families traveling together. Two of the bedrooms open up onto a covered deck with hot tub that overlooks the pool area below. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one of which is a fourth ensuite. A game room, with pool table and vintage pinball machine, is the perfect hang-out space and offers direct access to the pool area for effortless indoor/outdoor living. Take advantage of the wet bar with full-size refrigerator for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs. When you're not at the beach, your family will love having their own private pool right in the backyard.

Situated in the oceanside Gallery Row district of Nags Head, guests at Beach Bum'n can walk or bike to a variety of Outer Banks favorites. Get your day started with a stroll over to Morning View Coffee House or Waveriders Coffee & Deli. Nearby restaurants include Tortuga's Lie and Red Drum Grill & Taphouse. After dinner, stop and get ice cream at Booty Treats or The Spot. Be sure to check out Dowdy Park, less than half a mile south of Beach Bum'n, which hosts seasonal farmers markets, yoga, movies and live music events. Kids will love the unique playground and open, grassy field. Best of all, getting to the beach is a breeze using the two nearby public accesses. Choose between Baltic Street and Barnes Street, both of which are just three-minute walk from the house but also provide free parking.

I really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. They had everything that we needed. Some of the bed rooms could of used some curtains sun beamed in right in our eyes, but at night I was nice to just just walk out and get into the hot tub. Overall, we really enjoyed it there would love to stay again.

Great location and space. We had 8 family members and the common area was large and spacious. The one suggestion I have is there was not enough chairs to sit at the pool. Only two chairs (that were not broken) and one lounger. The outdoor shower was wonderful after a day at the beach.

Loved the house, the pool and hot tub kept everyone busy when not at the beach. The location was a short walk to go back and forth to the beach easily multiple times a day and even catch the sunrise most days.

bedrooms were great - everyone had their own bathroom too! very light and spacious main level at the top - kitchen, dining, living room - all open space with lots of windows. Loved the deck. everything was clean and well maintained. walked to local restaurants and beach.

Enjoyable stay in Nags Head

Mom and 3 teens stayed in this property for the first time and we hope to be back! The property had everything we wanted—walking distance to the beach, private pool, game room for the kiddos with an en suite bathroom for each bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet and property managers were responsive & cordial. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Beach Bum n!

My teenaged children and I really enjoyed the location and amenities of this property. While we gave it 5 stars, we would recommend that you have the pool table leg and pinball machine repaired 😊 Other nit-picky requests would be to have tissues and liquid soap in kitchen & bathrooms.
