The house was great! We do have some suggestions. The water pressure did not allow using both bathtubs at the same time. The temp in the lower fridge seemed to be not cold enough; some leftovers we put there spoiled. There REALLY needs to be a rail on the last steps to the beach! We appreciate you bringing these to our attention — maintenance will inspect the plumbing and water pressure and service the lower refrigerator right away, and we’ll schedule a safety inspection of the steps and work with the homeowner to install a handrail and ensure it meets code. We loved being on the beach front. The hot tub and elevator got lots of use by all generations of our family as we all have different mobility needs. Only thing missing was a pool, but the ocean was really nice calm half the week and active for boogie boarding the second half of the week.
