The open floor plan of the great room is a wonderful place to gather and enjoy a group meal or watch your favorite movies. For the game enthusiast the rec room offers multiple games and a second spot for movies and snacks with a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. No need to carry your luggage and groceries up the steps the elevator gives access to all levels after entering the first level.

Shop in one of our locally owned stores, search for dolphins off the coast, explore one of the coastal lighthouses, visit a historical site or try a water sport you have never experienced before. This house and location was AMAZING. Spacious, clean, and incredibly convenient. We had room for our family vacation with my siblings and all our kids. Bathrooms aplenty :) We walked right out of our house onto the beach. The elevator was so useful for luggage and groceries. We loved this place so much and my children begged us to come back here next year.
Also, when one of the kids locked the door to a bedroom, Village Realty was quick and responsive helping me troubleshoot.

Great accommodations! Distance from waterline difficult for older family members and steep descent to/from house to the beach was impossible for some family members.

The Woodshed was in prime location for access to the beach and had plenty of space for our family. Kitchen and bathrooms have both been updated recently. Highly recommend this place!

Do not post this online but pls share w/ owner. The house is lovely, however the little things were missing… hooks for towels in the bathrooms, the usb ports on the lamps didn’t work, some hangars in the closet would have been great, a dresser in the rooms to hold clothing. Thank you.

Great house and location. The house was perfect for our big family. Close to many great restaurants, tourist attractions, and the beach. We really enjoyed the large open third floor. Plenty of room for people to lounge, watch tv, and very large table to eat and play games at. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the Outer Banks.
