Located on a large, beautifully landscaped lot, this well thought out and well maintained estate offers something for your entire family. From the gated, private pool with covered hot tub to the rec room with foosball table, the homeowners have thought of everything to make your vacation a memorable one! This home is just a short stroll to the beach and offers some fantastic views of The Atlantic from the crow's nest deck. Ground Level: Features a rec room with foosball table, a 32 inch TV, wet bar with mini fridge and a sliding glass door to the pool area. You will also find a Futon sleeper in the rec room. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with 2 Bunk Sets and a TV that share a full bathroom. Step outside and enjoy the private pool and a hot tub that sits under a covered deck.

Mid Level: This level is home to 4 bedrooms...a Queen master with TV/DVD, another Queen master with TV and deck access and a bedroom with TV & deck access that shares a full bath with a room that has 2 Singles with TV/DVD and deck access.

Top Level: Offers an expansive, open great room with 55 inch TV and separate sitting area. Outside, thru a sliding glass door, you'll enjoy the views from the oceanside decks with crow's nest deck located on the southeast corner. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dual dishwashers. There is a large dining table that seats 10 and seating for 7 more at the kitchen bar. Rounding out this level is a half bath just off the great room.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This was a great house for several family groups to stay at together! Great location (~4 minute walk to beach access, and walkable to Food Lion, restaurants, stores, etc.). We had a couple minor issues with the place that didn't really impact our ability to enjoy it (like the pool not being cleaned before we came, some linens that had suspicious stains, broken freezer handles, and the upper balcony railing having some loose parts that made us a little nervous for kids to be up there). Again, nothing too major and we found ways around them. We would absolutely stay there again!

This home was perfect for our week long vacation. We enjoyed alternating between the pool and the beach, and spending time together in the huge open concept kitchen/living area. The host was very responsive to our questions. The location was wonderful - walking distance to the beach and the local shopping area. Overall wonderful experience!

My friends and I LOVED this home! Incredibly close to the beach access, so spacious and clean, the top decks (we nicknamed them the Eagles Nest and Hawks Nest haha) were great reading spots/places to watch the sunrise and sunset. Huge lawn was made for a hanging out. Cannot wait to stay here again next year!
