Description

Once you arrive in Corolla’s newest community, Corolla Bay, you'll know your “Naut in Kansas” anymore! From the well-thought-out floor plan to the luxury appointments and its short stroll to the beach; this lovely villa will be your home away from home year after year. This retreat has been newly updated with all new living room furniture with a pull-out sectional sofa on the third floor as well as new flooring and a pull-out sofa on the ground floor. There is also a brand new hot tub, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and smart TVs for your enjoyment.

Ground Level: Enter into the rec room which provides a foosball table, 42” HDTV with DVD, and a bistro table and chairs. You'll also find a queen room with 26” flatscreen TV/DVD, a full bathroom, and access to the private courtyard with hot tub.

Mid Level: Here you will find a beautiful king main bedroom with a 32” flatscreen TV/DVD and deck access. There is another bedroom with a DuoBunk and a 26” flatscreen TV/DVD that shares a full bath with a king bedroom with a 26” flatscreen TV/DVD. The laundry room is also located on this level.

Top Level: The top level of this home is dedicated to living space - you will find a beautifully decorated great room with an electric fireplace, a 46” HDTV with a Blu-Ray player, surround sound, a sleep sofa, and deck access. There is also a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and half bath rounding out this level.

Amenities: Hot tub, six TVs, five DVDs, Blu-Ray player, surround sound, wireless Internet, and foosball. Beach Access: 570 yards.

What's nearby: Gated community with an outdoor pool, recreation center with a bath house, half basketball court, shuffleboard, volleyball court, and picnic area.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Stop searching other properties and book Naut-in-Kansas! As a family, we've stayed in dozens of rental properties across 35 states over the last few years and this home immediately became a favorite... our kids were sad to leave! The layout of the vacation home with the open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan provided a cozy space to gather - and there was privacy and tons of space across the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd level - not to mention a laundry room which came in very useful after a day at the beach. We also loved the location in the Northern OBX. Being away from the super touristy parts of the Outer Banks, but not too far for day trips to Kitty Hawk and Roanoke, provided a true sense of a get-away. When not out adventuring, both the beach and Corolla were a short bike ride away.... 5 out of 5 stars from this family. Fantastic experience all around!

We loved the cleanliness, location and community this beach house was in. The hottub was very nice, community pool closed for the season but looked very nice. Enjoyed the sand volleyball court and there is a great playground for little ones all this across from the house. The walk to the beach is about 6-8 minutes on a trex board walkway the whole way until you get to the ocean, once you reach the ocean you can take the stairs or sand path. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. They also have beach chairs, beach cart, sand toys and bikes. You can also walk across the road to the sound front community and watch the sunset over the bay about 6-8 minute walk. Absolutely would stay here again.
